Mandar beijo é normalmente uma maneira de acabar um email. Mas nesse caso, vai ser a maneira de começar.
Send kisses is a common way to finish an email. But, in this case, it will be the way of starting one.
Como muitos já sabem, amanhã estou voltando pro Brasil.
As the majority know, tomorrow I’m coming back to Brazil.
Esse é meu email de despedida.
This is my goodbye email.
E também é um agradecimento. A todos vocês que, de uma maneira ou de outra, fizeram parte dessa fase de minha vida.
And also is a “thank you”. To all of you that, one way or another, were part of this phase of my life.
Daí o porque do beijo.
That’s the reason of the kiss.
Para mim foi uma fase para lá de especial.
To me, it was an awesome phase.
Mas chegou a hora de cuidar de outras coisas. Coisas que ficaram para trás e que agora tão na hora de voltarem pra agenda.
But it’s time to take care of other things. Things that were behind and now it’s time to put them in my “to do” list.
E também, além de agradecer, esse e-mail é também um convite. Um convite para todos vocês aproveitarem comigo meu último fim-de-semana aqui.
And also, beyond saying “thank you”, this is an invite. An invite to all of you enjoy with me my last day here.
Por fim, esse email é um até breve. Não vou mais tá por aqui, mas a gente, com certeza, se cruza por aí.
At last, this email is one “see you soon”. I will not be around, but I’m sure we are gonna run into each other.
